Stopping smoking.

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy have very good results with helping people to stop smoking. In my stop smoking sessions I help to cahnge some of the beliefs you as an individual have a bout smoking.

We cover:

The addiction,
Habit,
That drive to have that first cigarette of the day,
How much you smoke,
When you smoke,
What you think about smoking,

I only work with individuals as this way I can tailor the session directly to you and so find out about the triggers that make you smoke. This is very important when we use the hypnotic session at the end to reinforce positive suggestions about stopping smoking.
